PROLOGUE

Whitburn Central Park. June 7^th 1994. Whitburn Rose are Scottish Under 10 Champions. Founded in 1992 after a series of trials at Whitdale Primary School in Whitburn.

Over the next four years Whitburn Rose were to establish themselves as one of the best Boys football teams in the 1990’s. Reaching two Scottish Cup Finals, winning three League Titles without defeat, Three Blackpool Tower Trophies, Two County Cups, and numerous other Titles which are all Included in this tribute.

Players such as Steven Maley, Graham Weir, Callum Rarity, Garry McCulloch, Craig Young, Richard Carson, Kevin Byle and Allan McIntosh were known by nearly everyone who watched or was involved in the running of a Boys Football Club in the early 1990’s.
